The Prestonpans Cluster has a new Primary Active Schools Coordinator! Emma Biggart is based in Longniddry Primary School but works with Prestonpans Primary, Prestonpans Infant School, St Gabriel's R.C and Cockenzie Primary also.
Emma's role is to provide these schools with various opportunities to take part in physical activity and is looking to recruit volunteers within the local community in order to support / lead the delivery of after school clubs at their local school. Full support and advice will be given to anyone that is interested in supporting their school in this way.
Active Schools also work with local community clubs in order to provide children with a pathway to continue on in their chosen activity.
